Florida Vacation Rentals

Many people with Orlando vacation rental homes start off very enthusiastic about having a high quality villa with lots of amenities for their guests. But how many home owners think about how they are going to sustain this in the future? An Orlando vacation rental home business is just like any other - it requires constant attention and updating to be successful. You cannot just sit back and leave it - your home does not look after itself!

So I am constantly looking at ways of improving my Orlando villas. When I am thinking of making any changes to the houses I always ask past and future guests their opinions. I get valuable feedback and my rental home guests know that they play a part in the decisions.

I got some great feedback from my guests about my new Disney themed rooms in my Orlando villas. I am looking forward to getting started on the designs and posting pictures of the new rooms. I haven’t quite decided but the main contenders are Disney princess, Harry Potter and Finding Nemo rooms. Watch this space!
