Florida Vacation Rentals

I had expected this month to be a quiet one for bookings of my Orlando vacation rentals. Well I am pleased to say that I have been proved wrong!  I took 6 bookings in 5 days for my Solana Orlando vacation home.

Vacation home rental bookings do usually seem to follow a pattern. I am sure that the pattern is different for each area – so Orlando would be different to Colorado!

December is usually one of the quietest months with guests getting ready for Christmas rather than thinking of their Orlando holiday, but I guess this year is proving to be different.  I would usually expect people to contact me at this time of year for a rental home for Christmas, but at the moment people seem to be looking at 2008 and even 2009.
