Is Windsor Palms Resort Really Close To Disney World?
I have owned homes on Windsor Palms resort since the very start. One of the reasons that I bought my first home there was that it is in a perfect location very close to Disney World and all the Orlando theme parks. So just how long will it take you to get to Disney World from Windsor Palms?
I have timed all the journeys from Windsor Palms many times. Of course things depend on traffic so if you visit the resort at busy times things will be different. Also remember that Disney World itself covers a huge area – over 47 square miles. But these are the averaged out driving times from Windsor Palms to the theme parks:
Animal Kingdom – 8 minutes
Disney Hollywood Studios – 12 to 15 minutes
Disney Magic Kingdom – 20 minutes
EPCOT – 20 minutes.
Universal Studios – 20 to 25 minutes
When I first bought a home on Windsor Palms I wanted to be able to genuinely say that it was just about as close as you could get to Disney World. They say it is all about location and you certainly have the perfect solution at Windsor Palms.

I just wanted to confirm that Windsor Palms really is as close as Alison says – it is so close infact that we were back and forth to the parks on a daily basis!! Its so easy to find too!
