		<description>I think it is really important to create a relationship with the people who are going to rent my place. Finding out what their needs are and assessing whether they are a good match for the house is part of my &#039;screening&#039;. I get an immediate negative vibe from people looking for a &#039;deal&#039;, mentioning &#039;party, or conveniently forgetting they have children until we have just about agreed on the reservation.</description>
